'community based design

Variety within this larger townhouse community is achieved by three developer regulated architectural themes.  Diversity and visual interest as well as sense of individualism and personal space is accomplished through varying massing, covered patios and balconies as well as the differing  colours and textures of exterior cladding materials.

A modestly priced townhouse community in Calgary NW consisting of 128 units in buildings ranging from 3 to 8 units.  Units are two floors plus basement and consist of 2 & 3 bedrooms all with attached one car garage.  

Another entry level priced townhouse project in Calgary NW.  Buildings consist of 4-8 units within a landscaped compound close to playgrounds, baseball diamonds and other recreation resources.  All units have raised private amenity porches at the entrance of each unit and exterior architectural detailing reminiscent of Calgary heritage homes.

A unique concept in an existing mature neighbourhood in Edmonton.  The development provided two new units paying tribute to the historic dwelling unit already existing to the left.  Each new  buildings consist of three dwelling units for a total of six new dwelling units on the site.  The two lower dwelling  units both have basement level offices with separate entrances.  Interesting detailing of porches, stairs, cladding, roof lines and colours complement the existing house and others in the established  neighbourhood.
