RLA as prime coordinating consultant has designed and documented this $16m, 62,000 sf GM Auto Dealership in Cochrane. Construction on the former Smitty's Restaurant site is now well on its way with Barjac as Construction Manager completing the Team. Features include a large volume two storey main floor new vehicle showroom and open upper floor office, administration and staff areas. The high visibility site faces east to the busy Highway 22. Taking advantage of the sloped site a basement entry used car showroom, indoor vehicle storage and 4 detail/wash bays are provided. The design provides a bright 'airy' service department accommodates 15 service bays.
